Join our HealthTrails Challenge!
The Healthy Rice Healthy Life wellness program invites you to an inspiring adventure of virtual travel while also building healthier habits along the way!
How does it work? The eight-week challenge starts February 6, 2017. You’ll track your healthy habits—daily exercise, fruit and vegetable intake, and short stretch breaks– as you virtually travel along famous trails, learning about new places and people from around the world. Each experience will inspire you to progress along an adventurous trail.
Don’t go it alone! Make the experience even more fun by creating a team within your department. You only need 3 members to create a team.
Get out there for real! Once registration closes, all registered participants will be invited to join a weekly walking group. The walking group is optional.
Who can participate? All benefits eligible faculty and staff. HealthTrails is all about improving your overall health by building and practicing daily healthy habits.
For more information, contact Rosie Gonzalez at 713-348-3538, firstname.lastname@example.org.
All registered participants will be entered into a drawing to win a FitBit®!
Registration begins January 16.
