The series is designed to enhance the skill set and knowledge base acquired in the TEAMS program and offers continued encouragement of professional leadership and operational development. Cohorts 1 and 2 are invited to participate in the Breakfast of Champions series where each participant will receive the book The 360 Degree Leader by John C. Maxwell to serve as a resource study guide.
In addition, the Cohort members will be divided into working groups in which they will lead group projects and facilitate active learning components of the program. In other words, the Breakfast of Champions series will be moving from a primarily classroom learning structure to an interactive and group facilitated learning process. This is a chance for Cohorts 1 & 2 to put into practice the many skills learned through the TEAMS program.
